Overall, a very good overview of synoptic scale processes. There is an easy to fix problem with a question on the quiz that should get taken care of, however. The quiz question asks about the direction of winds aloft in the southern hemisphere, but does not specify the latitude.

This module provides excellent coverage about the Basic principles of atmospheric flow and its dependencies. It handles topics such as Pressure, Newton's second law of motion, Gravity, Coriolis force, and more... The information about these Basic principles is of extreme importance in understanding the atmospheric flow. The "Math Tracks" are not too hard to understand and you don't need a full fledged mathematical background, allthough it will surely help you if you have experience with mathematics.
