I really found it hard to navigate through the information . I had to go back and I didnt see a pattern of information in the content . It was skipping around in the information. I think it should go from one explanation of events to the next without scrolling through to get the gist of lesson.

The module would not let me go to the next page and the "twinkling buttons" did not work! Hard to take a quiz without receiving all the information!

ok wow, now ive had some diffcult classes and quizes from noaa and this site, like stated beofre in other reviews, this is horriable and the quiz does not pertain to the lesson, i've had quizes before that you answer as stated in the lesson and you still dont pass, but this module needs a revamp!

What an awful module. It was all just first hand retelling of past events, you couldn't scroll through the audio to relisten to a part (instead you had to listen to the whole clip again), it didn't provide information, and the quiz asked questions that were barely, if at all, touched on in the module.

I like the map-based blow-by-blow account. This format is good if you take some time with understanding how the actual event unfolded. For a general tour of flash flooding, it could be perceived as cumbersome and time-consuming (overly so). The course's strengths immediately evaporate during the quiz. As with most NOAA classes, the quiz is filled with inaccuracies and poorly worded, ambiguous questions. If you answer the questions accurately and faithfully in isolation of the course itself, you'll probably fail the quiz. I'll happily take this up with the course designers.
