Windows and garage doors are some of the weakest parts of a house. It can be very dangerous when these break.

How can your family protect them?

• Get storm shutters for the windows.
• Or, board them up with plywood at least 1.6 cm (5/8 inch) thick.
• Taping windows won't help. Most windows are broken by flying debris.
• Reinforce the garage door for strong winds.
