The Hurricane Track Simulator was coded in Macromedia® Flash 5®. The appropriate plug-in will install itself if you are using the Microsoft® Internet Explorer® as your browser (it will ask you for permission before doing so). You must install the plug-in to view this module. Users of the Netscape® Navigator® browser must go to the Macromedia® Web site and download and install the plug-in manually. This simulator should work fine on PCs and Macs running Microsoft® Internet Explorer® versions 4.x & 5.x and in Netscape® Navigator® versions 4.x. An updated plug-in, which was not available at the time this site was published, is required for Netscape® Navigator® 6.0. At the present time, Unix® and Linux® browser support is not provided.
