Good Questions!

: 1. What determines which phone number to be used

The telephone number for the conference bridge is
assigned by FTS2000 (or whatever service you use)
when the instructor reserves the bridge.

: 2. How does the software know that YOU are the person
: leading the teletraining (in otherwords how do you
: get the software to display an image locally and
: at the same time at the users pc.

During the teletraining session everyone starts the
Telewriter 2000 software, but ONLY the instructor
starts (runs) the slide show. As a result, only
the instructor has the slide advance and slide
back buttons on the Toolbar.

: 3. Is there a way for the teletrainee to inadvertently
: load images from you presentation during a training
: session (which everyone might see) ?

We always request the trainees to NOT touch their
mouse/graphics tablet except when called upon to
ask/answer a question. Since they shouldn't have
the slide advance/back buttons on their toolbars
it's more difficult to inadvertently load a slide.

: 4. Is there a way of "locking out" the teletrainee
: from inadvertently loading images from their end.

If the trainee follows instructions and has not
started the slide show (i.e., runs the *.shw file)
they should not inadvertently load images. However,
one of the advantages of teletraining is that you
can have two or more instructors at different
locations during a session. Each can then
independently have control of the graphics. So,
it can actually be a feature rather than a fault
of the system!

Thanks for your questions!
